The goal of the Fund Ready program (the third module in the Business Development Program) is to equip entrepreneurs with the necessary skills and knowledge to develop a solid Business Plan, devise a fundraising strategy, and deliver a compelling pitch to potential investors. The Fundraising Strategy submodule delves into entrepreneurial finance and venture capital to provide insights into securing funding, while the Pitching submodule covers pitch deck design and investor pitching. The program ends with Final Panel Presentations and exit interviews to allow entrepreneurs to showcase their business plans to a panel of experts.

Benefits
Participants of this program will take with them the presentation skills and fundraising strategy knowledge they need to move from post-validation to launch. With ongoing intervision sessions guided by coaches, individual mentoring, and access to expert coaching hours on a range of topics, participants learn how to apply the workshop learnings to their own business plan and implement a fundraising strategy.

We welcome early-stage ideas and entrepreneurs who wish to develop their entrepreneurial skills and knowledge and expand their network. Regardless of your background, industry or affiliation, if you have an idea, you are encouraged to join us.
The workshops run on Fridays across the program. These sessions all take place at VentureLab North, Kadijk 4, Groningen.
